ECOS is published by BANC, which is a UK-registered charity and a membership organisation. By subscribing to ECOS you are becoming a member of BANC. There are two levels of membership - Individual and Corporate. Corporate membership is for libraries, institutions or businesses, where more than one person will be reading the copy of ECOS.

BANC members receive three issues of ECOS a year. The publication date may vary, but is roughly April, August and December.

Membership is annual and runs from January to December. New member offers vary depending on what time of year you join. These are:

January to March - £5 discount off orders over £10 for back copies of ECOS and/or other BANC publications.

April to September - £5 discount off orders over £10 for back copies of ECOS and/or other BANC publications. Any issues of ECOS that have already been sent out that year will be dispatched to you once your membership application has been processed.

October to December - four copies of ECOS for the price of three. You will receive the final issue of ECOS for the year and then all three issues for the following year before your membership is due for renewal.

Payment is also accepted by Internet or telephone banking or BACS transfer, but unfortunately at the moment payment by credit or debit cards cannot be processed. Instructions for payment are given on the form. If you are making payment electronically and would prefer to email the membership form rather than posting it, please use the Word version of the form instead.

There is currently no concessionary reduced subscription rate for students, retired people or people on low income.
